"Girls don't need to wait to become leaders. They need opportunities to lead now — and most don't get them. Lights On Girls changes that."
What makes us different
This isn't a program.
It's a
pipeline.
Most activities teach girls about leadership. Lights On Girls puts them in it — through structured sessions, real community service, identity work, and a community that stays with them long after the cohort ends.
Real leadership reps, not just talks
Girls practice leading through service projects, group work, and community engagement — not just listening to presentations.
Identity-first, skill-second
Before we build skills, we build self-awareness. Every girl understands who she is and how she leads before she's asked to lead others.
Long-term community, not one-and-done
The cohort is the beginning. After completion, girls move into membership — an ongoing community of leaders who keep growing together.

The journey
A clear path from potential
to purpose.
01
Join the Cohort
Girls ages 11–18 apply and are accepted into a 6-month cohort. Sessions are structured, intentional, and designed to go deep — not wide.
02
Grow Through Sessions + Service
Identity work. DISC self-awareness. Community service. Real conversations. Girls leave each session knowing more about who they are and how they lead.
03
Join the Membership
Cohort graduates become official members of Lights On Girls — with access to ongoing training, events, service opportunities, and a community that keeps showing up.
04
Step Into Leadership
Members grow into roles. They mentor younger girls, take on responsibilities, and become the kind of leaders who make things happen in their communities.

What they're saying
The words that
matter most.
"She walked in unsure of herself. She walked out knowing exactly who she is and how she leads. That's not something you can teach in one session — LOG built that over time."

"I didn't realize I was already a leader. I just thought I was bossy. LOG helped me see the difference — and use it."

"What Candi has built is rare. These girls aren't just learning about leadership — they're doing it. The community she's created around them is just as powerful as the program itself."
